If you need help, please call the National Child Abuse Hotline at 1-800-4-A-CHILD (1-800-422-4453). The people at this hotline help kids who are being abused or neglected or who have questions about abuse or neglect. You don’t have to give them your name, and the call won’t show up on your parents’ phone bill (except maybe if you use a cell phone).
